Co-rotating twin screw extruders E-Lab for laboratory use, are available in sizes 22 and 30 mm, screw lengths from 36D to 48D.

The high-performance gear units are coupled to high efficiency motors by safety joints, mechanical or electro-mechanical, the cylinder is segmented into modules with internal circuit, to let water pass for the cooling, and heaters of cast aluminium. They have the possibility to be configured with the degassing ports or with side feeders for powders or for liquid additives injectors, the screws are modulated on multi-line shafts and configurable with different elements according to the type of material to extrude.

​E-lab 22, has a standard configuration with a 5,5 KW motor, max. screw speed 600 rpm, and a capacity up to 15 kg/h, it is useful to test different formulations of masterbatches and compounds or for the preparation of samples.

​E-lab 30, has a standard configuration with a 18,5 KW motor, max. screw speed 600 rpm, and a capacity up to 60 Kg/h, it is useful to test different formulations of masterbatches and compounds, for the preparation of samples, or for the production of small batches.

E-lab 22는 최대 5,5KW 모터로 표준 구성을 갖습니다. 스크류 속도 600 rpm 및 최대 15 kg / h의 용량으로, 마스터 배치 및 화합물의 상이한 제형을 시험하거나 샘플의 제조에 유용합니다.

E-lab 30은 최대 18,5 KW 모터의 표준 구성을 갖습니다. 스크류 속도 600 rpm, 최대 60 Kg / h의 용량으로, 마스터 배치 및 화합물의 다양한 조제 물, 시료 준비 또는 작은 배치 생산에 유용합니다.
