MASHER - System

The patented system as feeding assistance especially for bulky parts
-Automatic insertion tool for bulky parts, available as an option for Goliath Plus and Titan Plus granulators.
-The bulky parts are taken by special feeder blades on one or two additional shafts in the hopper, pre-shredded
and pushed into the grinding chamber.
-A permanent and safe feed of the grinding chamber is reached by changing the direction of rotation of the MASHER .
-A programmable controller regulates the operation of the MASHER. The load of the granulator is monitored
and the operational reliability is guaranteed.
-The MASHER system enables you to recycle bulky defective parts next to the injection molding machine
and thus restrict their awkward handling.
